Normally UPS/DHL charges additional remote l fee around 1USD/KG plus fuel surcharge if to remote address.

The longest side length should be no more than 47 inches
The second longest side length should be no more than 29 inches, otherwise will be additional over-length fee.
5 What is the maximum size combination for smallpackage services?
Packages can be up to 118 inches in length and girth combined.
To accurately determine length and girth, use the formula: Length + 2x Width + 2x Height
Remember, the longest side of your package will your length.
Or will be additional over-size fee if size combination more than 118 inches to 157 inches.
6 Will you charge over-weight fee and over-size fee at the same time?
Yes, over-weight fee and over-size fee can be charged at the same time for the cargo over weight and over size.
7 What is the minimum weight per carton for small package services?
For DHL can ship by 2.2lbs minimum per carton.
For UPS can ship by 13lbs minimum per carton.
8 what is the maximum weight per carton for small package services?
Normally maximum weight per carton is 52lbs, or will charge additional over-weight fee if more than 52lbs per carton.
9 When shall I pay you?
Our finance requires freight prepaid before shipping as we also need to pay couriers before shipping out the cargo.
10 How do I pay you?
Our payment terms are T/T to our company account in USA, Canada or Hong Kong, or pay to our Payoneer account.

Yes, we can. But which cost additional charges.
12 How do you measure an irregularly-shaped package?
Measure irregularly-shaped packages as if they were in a rectangular box. Measure length, width and height of the theoretical package from its extreme points to determine the package’s dimensions.
13 Can you ship battery cargo?
Yes, we can ship cargo with battery inside.
However, regarding pure battery, it requires MSDS and shipping certificates for checking, which requires below 100W.
14 Can I change address after shipping out the cargo?
Yes, you can change delivery address after cargo shipping out. Pls kindly note additional change address fee:USD10/ctn plus fuel surcharge, maximum around USD50/shipment plus fuel surcharge.
15 Can I ship to residential address instead of commercial address?
Yes, there will be additional residential fee USD5/shipment plus fuel surcharge.
16Can you help pick up our goods from the inland of China?
Sure, we can do it. Please offer the exact address for pick-up.
17 How can I pay import duty at destination?
You can pay import duty to couriers such as UPS or DHL directly at destination or our US office can help you to pay import duty and then you will pay them to our US office later on.

Mostly there’s duty free for small packages with very low invoice value.
Or import duty will be charged at cost by courier at destination.
19 How can I process the booking for you?
Appreciate if you can provide contact info of supplier including email address and telephone no.. We will work with supplier to process the booking for you.
20 Do I need a custom broker do custom clearance for my courier shipment?
No,normally couriers such as UPS/DHL will do custom clearance for the cargo, and it requires you to cooperate with custom if any info needed.
21 Can I pay you monthly?
It will be discussed upon your volume and your credit record in DNB.com
22 Can I prepaid duty in advance before delivery the cargo?
Yes, please kindly note there will be handling fee USD25/shipment+ duty at cost.
23 How many product names can I use for 1 shipment?
Normally there are 3 product names can be free, or there will be additional cost USD3/each for more than 4 product names.
24 Can you accept wooden create?
Yes, normally DHL can accept wooden create by express, which requires qualified package with above 10cm forklift legs and open-able hinge for cargo more than 46 lbs. Maximum weight is 152 lbs for the cargo with wooden create.
25 Can you accept no stack cargo?
Yes, DHL can accept cargo no stack, which will charge additional handling fee:USD320/carton/create plus fuel surcharge. And the cargo must with” Do not stack/No stack” shipping marks.
26 Can you hold the cargo or return the cargo after cargo shipping out?
It’s very hard to hold the cargo once cargo shipped out, or will cost crazy huge additional storage/return fee if hold/return the cargo in Hongkong if possible.
27 Can you buy insurance for the cargo?
Yes, here’s the insurance cost from door to door: cargo value*1.1*0.3% of invoice value (Min:USD35/shipment).
28 How do we get reimbursed if any cargo lost?
You can make compensation from UPS at destination. And we can also help you to make compensation from UPS in China. However unfortunately UPS can make compensation for USD100/shipment maximum after several months. So would suggest buy insurance for cargo with high invoice value to protect the cargo.
29 Can you ship copy brand cargo?
No, copy brand cargo with potential risks of hold by custom if for famous brand cargo without letter of authorization.
30 What info do you need to ship out the cargo for small package?
Couriers require product name, HS CODE, unit price, material, usage, detailed delivery address and zip code, receiver name, telephone NO., company name and tax NO.
31 What can you do if cargo cannot do custom clearance in USA?
We will cooperate with couriers to focus on the custom clearance issue and try our best to solve the problem. Shipment will release from custom clearance if for ordinary cargo without any problem mostly.
Or cargo will be return to Hongkong and cost crazy huge additional return fee if cargo cannot finish custom clearance in destination.

No, unfortunately all of 100% payment needs to be prepaid before cargo shipping out we also need to pay 100% to couriers in advance.
45 Can you combine cargo from different suppliers and repackage for my cargo?
Yes, consolidate with different vendors is our regular service and the warehouse can repackage for the cargo to save your shipping cost.
46 Can you help repackage for the over-weight or over-size cargo?
Yes, the warehouse guy can help you to repackage the cargo to avoid additional over-weight or over-size fee.
